Bali Full Legal and Religious Ceremony
Bali Exclusive Wedding takes special care in providing our clients with the right representation for their legal and civil wedding in Bali. We as a professional wedding planner want to make sure that the client receives all the documents necessary to be legal when you arrive back in your homeland.
The Marriage will experience two types of ceremonies, first the Religious ceremony to be lead by the celebrant. The religious part will be conducted by a representative of the couple’s religious belief (i.e. a priest for Catholic, a Minister for Protestant, a celebrant for Hindu and Buddhist and a Penghulu for Moslem). And then the civil ceremonies lead by a qualified government official. This is all required by Indonesian law to be a legal wedding. Then you will receive the proper documents to take back to your home land. In this marriage couples also need to present a “Certificate of No Impediment “or similar document issued by their consulate or Embassy Representative within Indonesia for the civil ceremony. Requirements to obtain certificate of no impediment will be based on the couple’s nationalities. Two certificates will be presented at the end of ceremony, one religious certificate of marriage and the other, from the civil register.
