Surya Damai Villa

Villa Surya Damai is situated on the edge of the village of Umalas. The gardens enjoy a 60m palm-fringed river frontage and overlook the rice fields. Umalas is quiet but contains a number of villas as well as the famous riding stables. We are 15 minutes walk across the rice paddies to Batu Belig beach where some of Bali's most well-known beachside restaurants can be found. We are also only a few minutes drive to the fashionable Seminyak area that consists of small boutiques, antique shops and some of the highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali.

Term & Conditions

1. Low season : 3 nights.
   High season : 6 nights.
2. deposit 50 % of rental is required by bank transfer or in cash to confirm the reservation, which is confirm with copy of the bank from client faxed or e-mailed to owner with in five ( 5 ) business day. If the deposit can not receive in time it can result in cancellation of your booking.
3. Final Payment is required at least 45 days ( 60 days for peak season ) prior to a guest arrival by bank transfer of in cash ( please note that only for new USD notes are acceptable ).
4. Please note that all payment must be in Full Amount net of any transfer and bank fees which are the responsibility the renters.
5. Security Deposit of USD 500 payable in cash upon arrival is required for each booking.
   Will fully refundable.
6. Deposit will be refunded in full less USD 500 , if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to departure ( 90 Days for Christmas Lettings ). Reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
