Term & Conditions
- Low season : 5 nights.
High season : 5 nights.
Peak season : 14 nights.
- deposit 50 % of rental is required by bank transfer or in cash to confirm the reservation, which is confirm with copy of the bank from client faxed or e-mailed to owner with in five ( 5 ) business day. If the deposit can not receive in time it can result in cancellation of your booking.
- Final Payment is required at least 45 days ( 60 days for peak season ) prior to a guest arrival by bank transfer of in cash ( please note that only for new USD notes are acceptable ).
- Please note that all payment must be in Full Amount net of any transfer and bank fees which are the responsibility the renters.
- Security Deposit of USD 500 payable in cash upon arrival is required for each booking.

- Deposit will be refunded in full less USD 500 , if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to departure ( 90 Days for Christmas Lettings ). Reservation cancelled less than 60 days prior arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
