BALI EXCLUSIVE TEAM

Bali Exclusive Wedding Team is made up of six members. Stacey and Tia have been working together for five years joined by Harni and Danang for the past three years and have just added this past year Dinar and Yohana.

Our team is very solid each playing an important role in each event. We all work off two way radios and keep a lot of the coordination behind the seen so everything thing runs smoothly thus having no down time. Communication is very important between the coordinators to ensure that all that is planned in the rundown is going to take place exactly how the couple is expecting.

Stacey is Canadian and he oversees the event and its team and sometimes is the MC. He likes to be creative with concept and layouts for each event.

Tia is Indonesian and a team consultant, coordinator and Bali Exclusive Weddings Company administrator. She has coordinated multiple wedding events and has a passion for making people happy especially the bride. Many brides become friends with Tia and she receives many testimonies from our clients.

Harni is Indonesian and is another one of our team consultants and coordinators. Her style of consulting and corresponding with our clients is very detailed. Nothing is ever missed with Harni. On the day of event she works very hard to make sure everything is in place.

Danang is Indonesian and He is our IT Consultant looking after all the technical tasks that are related to our office and our wedding events. In our events He specializes in computerized design layouts for ceremony set up, dinner reception layout, staging, dance floor, lighting etc. also working with our sound and lighting vendor to ensure the right music is played all at the right time for every event. If there is a special song to be played at a special time Danang will get the job done.

Dinar is one of our new members this year and a sister to Tia. She has many qualities that are very valuable to our team in the office and in events. In the office she works along side with Danang maintaining our websites, face book, with updates as we grow as a Company. She has the task in looking for new Villas that have potential to host a wedding. She also plays an important role in weddings where ever we may need as in sound and lighting, or also important greeting guests as they arrive.

Yohana our newest team member has just arrived however has a wealth of experience in Bali Wedding Events and we are very happy to have her come on board to help lead Bali Exclusive Wedding Team to bring our events to another level. She has worked with some other very well known Companies and sure they miss her presence. She will be part of our marketing, consulting, and coordination.
