- The aforementioned booked are based on availability at time booking. All confirmations must be received by e-mail. All Reservation wedding should include the following information: wedding couple name, day, date, and time of wedding, contact phone number and e-mail address.
Wedding Reservation are confirm when written confirmation from Wedding Organizer is received.
- Wedding time are started at 4.00 pm.
- A deposit equivalent to 30 % of the total estimated charge for wedding package, guest rooms and food and beverage function (s ) is required in order to secure the booking.
Full payment for the anticipated wedding – related charges is due 30 days prior to the event. All arrangements will be cancelled should Wedding Organizer not receive the advance payment.
- Any Cancellation occurs within thirty days (30) to nine (9) days prior to wedding day will be charged thirty percent (30 %). Cancellation within eight (8) days to four (4) days prior to wedding day will be charged fifty percent (50 %). Any cancellation within three (3) days prior to the day or any no-show will be charge 100 %.
For telegraphic transfer ( TT ) payments, we require full charge amount to be received in our Bank Account. |
