Hi Tia,
On behalf of Paul and myself I would like to thank Bali Exclusive Wedding for organising our amazing wedding at the beautiful Villa Bayuh Sabbha. From the moment I contacted BEW, I was impressed by the high level of service and commitment. I organised the entire wedding online without a hitch, and never had to wait more than a day for a question to be answered via email. It was easier than organising a wedding in Australia! Both Tia and Stacey’s professionalism and dedication was truly remarkable. When we first arrived at the villa, we knew we had made the right choice of both location and wedding planners. Stacey and Tia were there to greet us and run through all the wedding plans to ensure all was in place for the big day. The day went off without a hitch. The florist, caterers and sound and lighting team were all super organised and set up early. The team from BEW coordinated the whole day so we did not have to worry about a thing, we just enjoyed the day. The guests were all blown away by the stunning location and wedding set up when they arrived. Following the smoothly running ceremony, the guests enjoyed cocktails and exquisite canapes, not once having to wait for their drinks to be refilled. After cocktails we were seated and enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner. I could not decide on either the Indonesian buffet or Western buffet menu, so I chose dishes from each to cater for all tastes. This was not a problem for Bali Catering Company who without question delivered all of my requests. The guests raved about the food and said it was the best food they had ever had a a wedding! During dinner the service was impeccable with ample staff ready and waiting to tend to the need of guests. After dinner, the dancing began, led by the fantastic sound and lighting technician who willingly delivered everyone’s requests. The only disappointing thing about the day was that it had to end! I cannot recommend Bali Exclusive Wedding enough. In actual fact I have already given your details to a friend who is wanting to get married in Bali next year! I have to say that Tia is amazing and the day would not have run so smoothly without her organisation and professionalism. She supported us every step of the way from the moment we contacted BEW right through to the moment we received our beautiful wedding photos a week after the wedding. Not only is she committed to her job, but she is also a friendly and genuine person. Stacey was also outstanding in his professionalism and the calm manner in which he delivered our requests both before and during the wedding. Thank you so much BEW for making our Bali wedding a dream come true!
